Bought an Elsa’s quiche at Springford Farm about 2 years ago and couldn’t get over the taste. The ingredients were all fresh, the flavour amazing and the crust divine. But every time I went back they were sold out. Today when I realized there might be some available at Springford I raced there and bought 5… 2 veggie, 2 ham/onion, 1 lemon. My meat and potatoes man loved the veggie quiche, and is just now heating the lemon tart as I type this. So many foods are filling but this? This was an exquisite experience. Worth every penny…...

Stopped by in May 2023 to a cute tiny store - honour system (cash drop box or eTransfer). Selection of fresh breads, baked treats, quiche, fruit popsicles, cookies and fresh produce (potatoes and greens today) in their stand, fridge and freezer. Will come again when we are in the area- an easy detour off island hwy off Horne...

All I can tell you is.... we stopped in today and their web site said they were open today....not.... please, please, if you are closing on july 2nd. Change your web site... we went 30 minutes out of our way to discover the website open place to be CLOSED.....
