Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Area H (North Oyster / Diamond)

Keep on driving, you will have much better service in ladysmith or nanaimo. If i could give 0 stars i would. Tim hortons should close down that location. How can employees be SO clueless about their own job and work environment?! They don't even know their own menu items, I've been there 3 times and each time its like talking to preschoolers and my orders were wrong each time, forgotten stuff, dried out stale cookies that my kids didnt even want to eat and disgusting coffee. Specialty donut? What is that? ( no donut? They probably ate them all themselves!) Espresso shot in a ice capp.. i dont know how to do that!... like SERIOUSLY?! Visited at around 8:30 PM on August 17. There were 1 male employee and a female with a name plate J**E. We couldn't decide what to order in a minutes, there's no other custmers in the store (not sure drive through), tried to order a wrap and a sandwitch that were presented on TVs. The lady told those were available until 8 PM, only 2 kinds of sandwitches were possible. She looked very unhappy. I couldn't stop myself asking her why she's angry. She said that's becaus they were busy with only 2 people handlind both in-store and drive through. After getting back to a car, we noticed our half a dozen donuts were charged 4 of $1.39 & $1.10 (or similar). I checked an ordering page of Tim Horton's website, showed them, hald a dozen is cheaper than ordering 6 donuts each. For some reason, I got full refund for the donuts but was refused to take the...

I’m honestly appalled. If I could give zero starts I would. I purchased a chicken wrap to take out as we were in a hurry. Not only was the man moving at turtle speed, he kept yawning loudly and over and over. In the time I waited, I watched an employee sneeze in her hand and get right back to work, another man rub his actual nose and get back to work and the man making MY CHICKEN WRAP dropped the chicken scoop on the floor and someone else walked by, picked it up and put it RIGHT BACK IN ITS SPOT… for the next wrap to be served.

This place is filthy and the staff were all standing around talking and doing absolutely nothing. I counted 7 people working and not one of them was lifting a finger to be sure the place was clean. I will NEVER eat there again. And I threw the wrap out by the way. No way I was...
