Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Armstrong

I stopped in on my way through town for a coffee and snacks. I ordered a coffee, Tim bits, 2 donuts, and a breakfast wrap. After 10 min of waiting I asked if they had forgotten my breakfast wrap. The gentleman behind the counter rolled his eyes,And said they were making it. So I waited. (It was not busy, 2 other customers came and went while I waited) I then asked if I could get a printout of my receipt (so I had the information to reach out to management) and was abruptly told they couldn’t do that. 5 more minutes went by, and I was asked what my order was. In all it took nearly 20 min to get 1 breakfast wrap. Also. The coffee was so hot I scolded my mouth. I stop in here many times a year when going through town, but I don’t think I’ll ever go inside for the terrible service I received today again. If I hadn’t gone in I wouldn’t have bought everything I did, so I guess next time they lost out on my money, and I’ll just get...

Awfull service every single time I go. Its okay for once but every single time they just forget something and then when you call them to tell them they never pick the call. One day the girl at the window said yes eveything is in the bag but they missed my cookie and dipping sauce so I called but nobody pick the call ever and another day i got the drink and food they forgot the straw how i am suppose to drink ice cap without straw. Today they forgot my sandwich and I called again novody pick the call. Its hilarious every single time they are in so hurry to keep up there drive thru timer that they hurry the customer.

They always make customer wait on the order screen and they prepare order while they said customer to wait on the screen for long time. If you worry that much about your drive thruu timer at least make sure customer gets eveything they order. I would not recommend anyone...

I went through the drive through and ordered 2 cilantro lime bowls. I got to the window and paid then was asked to drive around front and they would bring to me as they weren’t ready. So I pulled around to the front and preceded to wait for 10 mins. I decided to go in and explain I was waiting and haven’t received my order yet. The girl at the counter couldn’t understand me and at first just said “what?” Then after explaining again said she would go check. After a minute 2 bowls were ready and handed to me. No apology, or a sorry for the wait … Just here you go. I left frustrated. When I got home I then noticed i was given the wrong bowls. I lived too far away to go back so we just ate what they gave us.They were fine but not what I was looking forward to and the service makes me not...
