Food was somewhat edible, albiet served of dirty dishes, we got nachos that were served on a filthy tray (looked like flour paste or plaster) at a filthy table, the veggies were spears not diced and so was the meat so it all just fell apart, the outside was burnt and the middle was mush because they dumped a bunch of salsa in the middle. They brought out our entrées at the same time as the appetizer, and mine was stacked on 2 plates for no reason. I ordered 1 of 3 types of spaghetti and "meatsauce" and the waitress didn't seem to know what kind I meant and then brought me the wrong one, the sauce was burnt and I couldn't tell half of what was in there. She said there was no mushrooms but didn't seem too confident, but I half the time couldn't tell if it was burnt celery, the burnt not-mushrooms or burnt whatever mystery meat it was. You know those dehydrated beef nibblets you get in MREs or astronaut food? That's my closest guess to what the "meat" was. I've had MREs that tasted better. At least the garlic bread (that looked the same Texas toast from Walmart) and my mom's seafood alfredo weren't burnt, though the garlic bread did taste like it was still burnt from something else in the oven burning while the bread was cooking as well as tasting what I assume whatever was on that serving tray would taste like. I finished neither. Honestly feel kinda ill and icky now. One of the male staff kept coming out of the kitchen to loiter and watch female customers and the waitress/bartender kept talking loudly across the small establishment to friends and acquaintances, which would'vebeen fine, if she wasn't quite so loud and didn't have the same conversation about her side hustle 6 times within 45 mins like a broken record. And the way to as well as the washrooms themselves are quite dangerous, very unsafe for the average person, let alone one who is a child, elderly, disabled (impossible for non walking persons),...
Read moreI had the pleasure of being served by the remarkable waitress, Amber, and I can't help but sing her praises. Her customer service truly goes above and beyond her pay grade. From the moment she approached my table with a warm smile, her personality and friendliness radiated. It's rare to encounter someone who can make you feel so welcomed and valued in a dining establishment.
Amber's attention to customers is simply outstanding. She takes the time to genuinely connect, ensuring that every need is met and every question answered. Her dedication to creating a positive dining experience is evident in every interaction. It's clear that she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about the well-being of her customers.
In an age where exceptional service can be hard to find, Amber stands out as a shining example of what great customer service should be. Her unwavering commitment to ensuring customers leave with smiles on their faces is both admirable and heartwarming. For her outstanding efforts, I can confidently give Amber a perfect 10 out of 10. She has undoubtedly left a lasting impression on me, and I'm certain she does the same for every lucky individual who has the pleasure of being...
Read moreI had a frustrating experience with this restaurant’s online ordering. I selected delivery, but after placing my order I was told I got a call from the restaurant stating that delivery wasn’t available that day. The website prices were also wrong—I expected to pay around $24 for a 2-topping pizza but ended up paying about $30. At first, I thought there was a mistake with the delivery charge, but when I asked, they admitted the online prices are inaccurate. In today’s terrible economy, everyone is affected, and businesses need to do better for their customers. I am fine with them choosing their menu prices, but they need to be transparent with their customers. The online system should be accurate for both pricing and delivery, and if it is not, the online prices should be honored at pick up. Unfortunately, this experience has soured my opinion of this restaurant’s business practices, and I won’t be ordering...
