Went with another couple on a Saturday night. We were visiting from Niagara. Our friends easily made reservations. When we arrived I would say the place was maybe 1/2 full at around 6pm but within 30 minutes most tables were full. The decor suggested to me that it would be Pub Grub on the menu but was pleasantly surprised to see no potato skins, garlic bread or chicken fingers offered. We knew that we were going there a week before and I had a quick peek at the menu online and had a hard narrowing down what I might like. There was SO much to choose from. We started with Black and Tan Onion Rings and a Naan Bread Bruschetta. Starters came out fairly quickly, the meal followed about 20 or 25 minutes later which was fine for us as we talked and enjoyed our drinks...didn't feel rushed. I settled on the Cajun Alfredo, my wife getting the Chicken Gorgonzola crepe, and our friends getting the Beef Dip and Shrimp and Scallop Linguine.

When the meals came out, ALL of them were steaming hot, which is great IMHO. Seriously, steaming!!! Nothing worse than some of the meals being cool because they were waiting on something else to be ready. I was really impressed about that. The portions were very plentiful and visually perfect. We shared bites of each other's and agreed that each was as delicious as their own. Flavours were amazing. Our dining experience was awesome. Our waiter Anthony was very pleasant and attentive. We all had a great time. The prices for the entrees were very reasonable, especially for the portions we recieved. Can't comment on the dessert menu as we all had leftovers from our meals we took home. No room for desert.

All in all I might put this in my top 5 dining experiences. We can't wait to visit our friends in Arnprior and go back. There is so much on this menu that you can find something new each time....at least, that's my...

TL;DR- The food and service is fantastic. They accomodate dietary restrictions (like my gluten free and lactose intolerance). The prices are better than chain restaurants with comparable menus. It's been a long time since I've had such a great dining experience in terms of atmosphere and food. See note on accessibility at the end

I tried this place with my parents and sister. As a group we can be hard to please. I'm gluten free/lactose intolerant, a parent is lactose intolerant, and both parents don't do 'exotic' food (basically anywhere they don't know). The menu isn't overwhelmingly large, but there are so many delicious options. I ended up with a warm beef salad that blew my mind. The beef was tender, the flavors were balanced. On average I found their menu more affordable than the larger chain restaurants like Kelsey's or similar that have similar menu selections. I also think the food is a lot better than those chain restaurants too. In excess of the menu, sometimes they'll have specials. My dad had a teen ounce steak, cooked the way he ordered it. It was so tender he could use a butter knife to cut it. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

noteaccessibility* The bathrooms here are not accessible. They are up a step at the back, and don't have standard public washroom toilets with grab bars and the full kit. You can roll through the front entrance. There are not any booths I saw, so it's easy to just pull a chair away. Just use the loo before...

If I could give a negative rating I would. Service was good when we first walked in, then went downhill fast. I order a smoked meat sandwich on rye. When I got it, it was not on rye it was on a sesame seed hamburger bun. I complained about it immediately and was informed that they come that way and they are pre-packaged. Not good for a restaurant that are trying to show they are high end. They hire a chef to microwave food the shear height of laziness on their part. Especially when charge a ridiculous high price for food that is not high quality. I went online and sent an email about it. Since sending them an email on the issue the attitude got worse and they have band me from going back. We had already made the decision that we would not be going back, so being told not to go back didn't bother me. Oh yes this was the first and only time in the years that they have been opened that I made a complaint about the food and look what it got me and we have been going there at least once a week. This just showed me that they do not care about their customers one bit. They are only out for the almighty dollar. I heard it from others about the service going down and attitude getting bad but never felt it until last night. If you care about your customers and valid customer complaints about food, then you should not be in the...

We went for lunch on a Saturday and it was busy but we were still able to get a seat. For an appetizer we ordered waffle fries with an onion bacon cheddar dip which was fantastic. For my main I had the maple [something something] sandwich. It was a long name but it had chicken, bacon, cheese, veggies, and maple syrup. It was an absolute delight. My only real gripe was the honey lime salad had neither honey nor lime, at least not in any obvious capacity. My wife had the Mandarin something salad and it seemed to be the same as mine but mine had strawberries. It seemed kind of odd that the salads weren't really as described. Overall it was very good though and we enjoyed our time out. There were children with us and the staff were clever enough to bring out the kids food first, which was appreciated. One recommendation to the owner would be to print some kids menus instead of having the servers memorize and repeat them back to customers. It's a lot easier for everyone, I would think.

I came here with a group for a staff lunch, and the food was excellent and the staff were very attentive. There was a large variety in the menu, and the staff were very helpful in offering information and advice on menu items. The price on some of the menu items seems a little high at first, but the portion of food that you receive (especially with the pastas) is enormous! It is definitely worth the cost. I would definitely recommend the chicken basil pesto linguini and the chocolate mousse cake (see photos). I had a great time with the staff of the Galilee Centre and I am certain to go back. Something one should keep in mind when planning to have a meal here is that the "mains" menu is only available after 5pm. This menu has some larger items that look great, but I have yet to try them.

Brought my girlfriend here, with high expectations, considering it to be 1 of very few higher end restaurants in Arnprior. Service was pleasantly fast, had my meal in front of me within 15 minutes of walking in. Anthony was a fantastic waiter. Food was generally quite good. My few gripes being, one of the waitresses I feel was not having a great day; and it showed. She also forgot the appetizer we ordered. Thankfully we did not get charged for it, so no major complaints. I ordered their signature dish, the Krave Ribeye, which was great, aside from it being slightly overcooked. They were also a little pushy on desserts. Drinks were good priced. The sweet potato fries were also some of the best I've ever had. Atmosphere was pleasant. Would definitely go back again.
