I can’t say enough good things about this place. Their ice cream flavours are so well thought out and filled with quality ingredients. You can tell by the complex flavours that is is more than just your average ice cream shop. It’s a passion project! The time and R&D invested into developing each flavour, finding the right pairings, perfect ratios. Not relying on sugar as the main flavour drivers but really the essence of their ingredients. And to top it all off - such fair prices for the quality that they are delivering. Tomboi ice-cream is amazing. Tomboi has interesting and delectable flavours (including Cuban Magic, Unicorn Poo and, Spaceballs) that suit both children and adults alike. Tomboi’s personable staff make this ice-cream shop an experience you’ll savour. The owner, Tammie, is also an incredible community facilitator, taking the time to get to know her patrons, making all feel welcomed and facilitating community connections. Tammie even goes so far as to host evening workshops on everything from pelvic floor physiotherapy to the benefits of Matcha tea.

Tomboi Ice Cream is superb! Not only are the owners super-friendly, but they make their ice cream in-house! These aren't your run-of the mill ice creams, either. They're inventive, surprising, and always delicious! It seems as though they always have a new experiment on the go every time I'm there. You will never find anybody more passionate about flavour than than the Tomboi crew. Not even Ben or Jerry. If I could give this place more than five stars, I would!
