Great experience - this is not a retail store per say.....you must book for personal pickup but the bagels are offered through a variety of stores in the area. The owners were very accommodating and quick to respond to online communications. They open their shop for us on a day that typically they weren't open and we were able to get warm fresh Bagels at 10:00 a.m. on a Tuesday morning. Note that not all bagels are produced on the same date - today we Try the Sesame and plain- both were delicious. Note they are slightly different than a traditional Montreal bagel ( less chewy) but wonderful all the same. Stephanie and her husband were very accommodating and kind people. Definitely recommend trying not only because of the product and professionalism but also a kind heart. Continued success in 2023 !
