This place is a disaster on a bun. The food sits so long it sweats in the wrapper. The staff are so helpful handling cash, using their cell phones rubbing their faces then handling food. It only took 30 minutes to get my bacteria order from the kitchen. And my cup was handed to me by the employee having their fingers inside my cup.
Let's move to the pop and condiment stations. No ketchup or straws available here. The counter and pop dispenser didn't look like they were sanitized since the previous week. The tables had garbage and "food residue" or other dried and wet fluids on them.
If this is how the front of house is kept. Let's imagine together what the rear is like. I'd pay to see their cooler and freezer on a random day.
Next, let's try to submit an inquiry through their website. That's impossible unless you got your receipt, which I wasn't given. That's on me, I should've asked for it when my food finally came out. But, it shouldn't be impossible to find online.
I love Wendy's. I just think this location is the wild west. The forgotten. I'd love to see the ceo or health inspector show up on a random day. I witnessed multiple violations in my 30 minutes. And, that was from my side of the counter.
We can do better. They can be better. Who hurt you? I wouldn't recommend this place right now. Go up highway 6 into Espanola. Any option there is a better option and it's only 4 minutes away.

I always check my bag before leaving the window to ensure everything there and was missing the plum sauce. So I waited till someone came back to the window, instead of the manager asking me politely if I needed anything else she says, (um excuse me can you move cause the guy behind you would like his order) very rudely says this and as I was just about to say I'm missing the plum sauce she says ( I gave you the plum sauce!! I said um nope you didn't and dumped it upside-down on my lap to show her it's not there because I took everything out of the bag to look for it. Then she got it for me and no apology. Read more!7mins to get a Daves single burger. I entered the the waiting line behind one of the Wendy's employees. He was there for 4mins~ before a manager came to the till. The employee asked for how much time he had left on his break. The manager told him 22mins. He said he was going to order food. So the manager then slowly walked away from the till. Why didn't he take the order, then mine? After several more minutes of waiting an employee came to till and took his order. After that the till order taker left the till. Didn't take my order?
