Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Barrie

2023 Fall - 5/5: Food (bread sticks, fast and ready cheese pizza) is good, service is fast - friendly - informative - and CLEAN, no complaints...one of my buddies and I stopped in for pizza (his idea to visit this location, not mine - I advised him not to after my last encounter here, he said they were good), watched them like a hawk, no issues...have gone back a few times now and again no issues...their crazy bread (unlike other locations in the GTA) is actually the best I have tried (other places sometimes the bread is different sizes and sometimes squashed - not really an issue for me as I just basically inhale it anyhow, but I do notice it, plus the seasoning here is spot on EVERY TIME) so actually prefer this location now of late even though a bit out of the way between home and the cottage... 2014 - 1/5: Wash your hands after you handle money from the till before you make my pizza next time please. Have to say this trip was a real disappointment this time. Usually service is pretty good. I ordered a cheese pizza which was ready and stuffed bread sticks which were not. My cheese pizza was taken out of the ready-made oven and left there( getting cold) till the bread sticks were done.(15 minutes) 3 bags of bread sticks were put up beside the pizza while the two gentlemen at the front were talking about " girlfriend issues" After 20 minutes of waiting, 3 more people came in to order food, and the 1st one was served and walked out with their pizza before I got mine. The gentleman who served my order originally didn't even hand me my pizza, the cook, did. To leave a customer waiting unnecessarily is not good service, especially if the food is completed already and it is in a place the customer can't get to it. Today (nov 11th 2023) at 11:50am I walked in to grab a hot and ready for me and my kids, I walked up to the counter and was ignored for a few minutes until a man making pizzas told me "it's gunna be a few minutes" and I said "ok no problem" I figured maybe he was alone and busy. Ten minutes later I was just standing there watching this man make pizza and assemble boxes. I walked out, stood outside for a few minutes and then went back inside, again, no one greeted me and even the man making pizzas was gone. I literally had to yell HELLO!? at least 4 times before another (totally different) employee slowly walked out from the back, and I finally could get my hot and ready pizza. Worst service, rude and totally unacceptable. I don't mind waiting a few minutes, but never have I been completely ignored before for so long at any...
