Reginos Pizza — Restaurant in Barrie

Ordered a veal sandwich to be delivered. It came unsealed and the "bun" was pizza dough flattened and toasted till it was as hard as a rock. Manager proceeded to scream at me on the phone when I called to complain. Had another issue with this rude man once before. Horrible food and even worse customer service. Never again. • After replying to this review Regino's claims the order was sealed which it was not. It was put in a plastic container that WAS NOT SEALED. The manager agreed that it wasn't sealed when talking to me. The driver could have access to the food. NO SEALS WHATSOEVER so his reply regarding this was not true. As far as getting a substitute 2+ hours later of a small pizza the manager left it on my porch without knocking on my door to avoid having to speak to me in person. By the time I found out it was left there the pizza was cold. I was refunded only 50% from Skip the Dishes (not a total refund). The manager doesn't seem to grasp the concept that it wasn't about the money. It was about the inconvenience and mostly that the sandwich was of such poor quality that I was not able to eat it. He was incapable and unprofessional when it came to listening to a customer complaint and continued to interrupt and talk to me in a condescending tone. A very unpleasant experience. My business will go elsewhere...

First and last time at this location. I was ignored when I walked in for several minutes. I arrived at the time they told me when I ordered by phone and still waited for another 12 minutes while I watched the employee who clearly did not want to be there put around while my lunch time passed by. Finally when my pizza was ready I opened the box and was a bit shocked at the pizza. I ordered a small Hawaiian. The pizza was a small all right... 10 inches across and six mini slices. I asked the worker if this was a small, I thought they had a personal pizza size and this was a mistake... nope, it's a small. Not good value for money and poor customer service. Don't look up to the roof if you are in there, you will not like what you see... the dirt up there made me cringe, right over the prep area. All around a bad experience, I will not be back. Look around the store and you will see this is a cheap set up... not quality or good value.

Update: How is it that the response to the reviews is "we hope you visit us again" when people clearly say they will not... Also, when someone says covid rules are not being followed, how is it acceptable to tell them they are lying and the workers are complying with the rules??? A good example of corporate doesn't give a st about the customer and this store is horribly run by people who don't give a...

Must say this is my first disappointment in this pizza joint. I've ordered many of times....most from door dash however my order is always the same. Meat lovers, Xtra cheese and we'll done. I've never had an issue until today. We are currently moving so I called in an order as my husband was out. He brought it home and about 3/4 of the way through I realized it was not well done. I called the store and the girl rudely told me to bring it back and she would make me a new one. So I did so. But before I could bring back the whole pizza my husband and friend had already ate some. The lady behind the counter, rolled her eyes when I showed her the pizza, then proceeded to walk to myside of the counter and dump in the trash saying that we ate half the pizza. I never even noticed how many where missing, I apologized and said some at home were starving and sorry. She then threw the box on the counter and went to the back. I will miss the pizza as we are moving to the other side of town, but won't go out of my way to...
