Had a pretty interesting experience with this place. Me and my team used to regularly order multiple orders of the chicken tenders for lunch from this location. One day we were doing our regular order and all of my guys unanimously agreed on the fact that they must have completely changed the tenders to some cheap frozen garbage so we were already a little annoyed by that fact at that point. Then we noticed hairs in our food. We didn't think much of it until everyone of my guys came and complained they got hair in their food. We called wild wing to complain about the hair and asked if they changed the tenders and the lady on the phone told us we were not the first group of people that had complained about the tenders. When mentioning the hair in the food we explained we just wanted a refund as the food was inedible. The lady on the phone said no problem and asked us to come in for our refund. When we went into the store the same lady was very apologetic and said that she was unable to give us our money back because a manager had stepped in and told her not to give the refund without the manager on duty. We were then told to come back 5 hours later when a manager was on duty to get our refund. Management really made this poor girl become their scapegoat for their shitty customer service. Long story short, we went from spending $250+ weekly at this place to never ordering again because management thought it was a smart idea to make us jump through hoops to get our refund....

Upon order I asked for the wing deal. And we also purchased 3 appetizers and 3 wing deals. When the bill came I assured the waitress that we ordered the wing deal because the bill had us charged regular price. The waitress asked me if it was Tuesday. I said that it was. However she didn’t offer to correct her error. She stood there with the machine and waited for me to pay full price. I told her to give us a minute. She went to explain this situation to the owner. A young blond then came over and in a raised voice, the entire restaurant could hear her said. We don’t offer that deal here. Before I could even say that I asked for the deal when I ordered she was walking away still yelling The entire restaurant could hear her rant and dissatisfaction. Read moreCooks do their job well. Food is good. Servers usually are on point, although my last visit they forgot part of my order for takeout. Server called me when I was home to inform me they forgot to put my food in the bag. Lack of care reading the bill and ensuring all food is in the bag ready to go. One job. Anyhow, I was too far to return. Was told I could get the missed item next time. Of course no notes were taken on my behalf and when I returned, it was my responsibility to know the name of server, date and time of order, and even then, I wasn’t honoured my food. Made me feel like I was trying to score $13 mozzarella sticks off my $60 order lol. Was told I would get a call back and never did. Spent good money at this spot and no longer will.
