Chicken King & Chinese Palace Restaurant — Restaurant in Bathurst

Been here twice in the last month, first time I ordered a 3 peice chicken and I got 3 really small chicken wings, total rip off. Then I decided to try the Chinese and when there tonight, we'll I ordered the beef chow main. Before I ordered I asked the lady what kind of noodles do they use, she told me there thick yellow noodles. I thought okay I'll try it. Well to my surprise there's no noodles at all, instead there is a tone of cabbage, and about 6 peices of beef. I paid $18 dollars for a plate of cabbage. So I called the store and spoke with the lady. I told here politely, that when I was there you told me you used thick yellow noodles in the beef chow main, well there's no noodles in my dish, it's all cabbage. Not to mention there's only 6 peices of beef. She responded with Well maybe in Onatrio they do it differently, Obviously because she seen my Òntario number come up on the caller ID. Then she said, It's to late now anyway we are closed. No sorry sir I miss understood you, I thought of a different dish, no refunds, no replacement dish. This is 2 strikes I've had here and I've only been there twice. So for anyone who wants good food for there buck I definitely recommend NOT eating at this place. You're welcome.

I ordered from there chinese food me up a month ago and it was cold soggy and awful by far the worst chinese I've ever had and today I decided to Try there Canadian menu and had a lobster club and clams for delivery.. there was 6 clams and the kind you find in the frozen section at Giant tiger in a bag and a whole lot of cold hard fries and the club had soggy bacon and very little lobster and was basically just a sandwich with plain white bread and alllllot of fries they charges me a dollar for one single tartar sauce pack and charged for ketchup also both experiences were very bad and the quality of food I give a zero...

My husband and I went out for dinner last Saturday evening, we arrived at around 18h15, so there was still 45 minutes left for the buffet. After we sat down and ate a bit, the waitress come by to ask how everything was, I honestly told her that everything was quite dry, while turning around she mumbled: “Well you got here quite late”, I have to admit that she was very friendly after this, as were the other girls who were working that evening. Unfortunately, I won't be going back to this buffet, not because of the service but the very minimal quality...
