I went to this Subway yesterday for lunch and saw the lettuce was really bad(Its really hard to see on the pictures, the lettuce color was totally rotten color or kind of autumn colors). So, I tried to let her know and asked to change fresh lettuce several times . But, Staff(name is Nab) said "This is only we have and there is no more lettuce in the cooler and back". I don't believe that(Subway with no lettuce?) and asked to see their supervisor. Couple minutes later, supervisor came out, So I asked to her see the lettuce and Finally, Supervisor(name is Megan) brought fresh lettuce from the back. But, I was disappointing that All the staffs never say "Sorry" and even they looks like its not a big deal for fresh vegetables. They also had no lettuce for a salad that I ordered(which they already charged someone for the salad before it was made), I also asked for a large soup and I was only charged for a regular again due to lack of attention and then they only had enough for regular size conveniently.
