I stop at this Tim Hortons almost every single day and sometimes twice. I always ask for the same order every time and I have to correct myself multiple times. I repeatedly ask for a caramel toffee late and not a caramel late. I am always told- they got it and it’s never accurate. I am noticing because of this- I am now going to the railway location more frequently as I say it once and they have it ready. Also- they’re in a rush. I often ask for scrambled egg pastry and they give it cold! I ask for heated- I shouldn’t have to. Today- they gave me the wrong one.
Drive Thru- Even if you’re getting coffee they make you park ahead even if nobody is behind you. The problem with that is if it’s inaccurate or the pastry is served cold. I have to go back through the drive thru or go back inside. At that point- it’s wasting my time and my gas. Just like the review two weeks ago by Angelo Paul. He expressed his concerns of needing to go back inside because his order was inaccurate. Tim Hortons is trying to hit their times as all workers are constantly looking at the clock and encouraging eachother to rush. At the railway location- there is no parking ahead. They have it ready with wonderful service.

Read moreUnusually terrible experience today. We ordered a veggie wrap, an artisan sandwich, and potato wedges. The wedges were undercooked and still raw inside and they didn't include the mayo that was ordered for dipping. They gave us a chicken wrap instead of the sandwich. We took the incorrect wrap back, and the clerk argued with us that the order was correct and we didn't look in the bag well enough. Dude, we aren't making it up - we didn't order a chicken wrap. Wraps aren't sandwiches.
Eventually they replaced the chicken wrap with another incorrect sandwich. They gave us the little snack sandwich instead of the bigger, more expensive artisan one that we ordered. So we got ripped off by the staff here today.
We also tried to order the limited time doughnut that their TV screen menus were bombarding us with. They didn't have it. The TV screen menus are awful and a huge waste of time. They don't show enough information and they are always switching around every 10 seconds so you end up taking longer to figure out...
Read moreI usually love this Tim’s and will go out of my way to drive the extra ten minutes across the bridge for the good service. But this past Friday I went and sad to say I left feeling so hurt. I ordered my usual coffee and pulled up to the window to pay, my card declined the first time and that was my mistake, but as I was paying I heard someone from inside say “her card didn’t work haha” and the guy at the window acknowledged him, I asked “who asked if my card declined and laughed that’s so rude” and right away a manager pops into the window “what happened ma’am” I told her and she said “I’ll talk to them ma’am my apologies.” Like no I wanted their name. You can’t report an employee without having a name but they refused to give it to me. They kept beating around the bush as if all of them weren’t just there to hear this guys comment, yet he wouldn’t make any appearance. Super...
