Dagwoods La Sandwicherie — Restaurant in Beaconsfield

Customer service was awful we arrived and the store was empty and the employee rushed us in ordering not even giving us 2 minutes to look at the menu and when one of us decided what we wanted the employee was incredibly rude telling us to hurry because she has to prepare both sandwiches at once . Not to mention we had a coupon and we were letting her know about it before she prepared everything and again she was so rude and was snapping at us. horrible service I've never been treated this way at this restaurant before and I used to love coming here... this truly ruined my experience. Not to mention she rushed when making the sandwiches even though we were the only ones in the restaurant and we were nothing but polite so I don't understand where this...

Thank you Uchra for being so kind and professional, on this particular night I placed an order with another Dagwood through Uber eats , itcancelled because Uber stops at 7:30.... ? Unbelievable when the order is placed in advanced. I called other dagwoods asking for pick up to be told they no longer have the items I am requesting, still willing to give them my business I ask maybe just give my husband a cookie and say you’re sorry you cannot complete his order as requested. You don’t want to know the response and lack of commitment this employe had. Finally I call this dogwoods in beaconsfield and am met with a cheerful voice at the other end of the line. Stop in on August 22 2021 at 12:10 for a fast lunch. We'll .anything but fast.. we got there and there were 5 people in line,one of which was ordering for 4 people. The 3 young girls behind the counter had no clue on efficiency. One looked to be new and the other 2 were not telling her what to do.. the meat slicer was being used as if weighed 200 lbs. The bread was not cooked fully and was not that crispy Dagwoods bread. My wife commented on the bread and the girls had no idea what we were talking about. I live in the area and will make the extra trip north on saint Charles to the kirkland location.. not...
