Pizzatown Lakeside — Restaurant in Beechville

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. We had to use google to determine which pizza place we'd order from in Fairview. I clicked on the one that said pizzatown.ca it gave me a list of locations to order from and I clicked Joseph Howe because I was just 2 streets over. I made my online order only to find out my order was being made in LAKESIDE! They never updated their website which isn't Lakeside's fault however the staff at Lakeside never apologized for the inconvenience it caused. They never offered something for us having to go so far out of our way for their companies screw ups, and because of this we ended up with cold pizza by the time my husband was finished figuring out our pizza wasn't where it wad, figuring out where it WAS and eventually driving back to where we were staying. Absolutely awful, not only was this the fourth time our order was messed up (Either delivered the wrong item or forgot an item) but this time it was because of the website. My husband was able to replicate the error that happened. We ordered the large 5 topping with garlic fingers and pop, picked the new Yorker but the website had an issue and changed our pop, and our pizza to just cheese. When we got our pizza and noticed the error we called and spoke to the manager and were treated like garbage. He talked to us like we messed up his website and it wasnt his problem. Amazing service and Pizza. This place is a small family owed business despite carrying the pizza town name and they use high quality ingredients compared to competing places in the area (lots of real chunks of ham on the Hawaiian instead of thin slices for example)- The owner is incredibly kind and caring. We had an issue with ordering online due to the 3rd party company that handles payment, after they were less than helpful the owner called on our behalf, and made our pizza anyways and would not accept our payment for the hassle it caused us.
