There’s something oddly comforting about walking into this Subway, it not like any other subway. The smell of the bread hits you before anything else, it sweet, it warm, yeasty, it like stepping into a memory. It reminds me of being a kid, standing in line after school, watching the sandwiches being built right in front of me like some kind of edible assembly line.

Also can’t forgot Paulo, such a great worker, extremely friendly and genuinely delivers the best sub known to man. His customer service definitely one of the best i had met. Paulo isn’t just a Subway worker he’s an artist in an apron. The way he lays down the cheese, the way care he takes his time to spread the sauce just right, it’s like watching someone paint a memory instead of making a sandwich. Nothing fancy, just a young man trying his best and that what makes it that much better. If you craving a sub, this is the best...

If you stop by this Subway, do yourself a favor - ask for Paulo. The man builds sandwiches like he's crafting masterpieces. Perfectly toasted bread, balanced layers, veggies so fresh they crunch like applause, and that finishing sauce drizzle? Straight-up art.

I don't know what kind of sandwich sorcery he's got going on back there, but every bite hits harder than the last. Never thought I'd be emotionally attached to a footlong, but here we are.

We went here for lunch together on our way home from Bathurst and I gotta say the staff were absolutely amazing and very kind. Everyone was made correctly with no let downs and it was busy when we arrived but the two staff members did a really good job dealing with everyone's demands. The gentleman with the sweet face tattoos who took our payment was very professional and the sweet wise lady sandwich artist was extremely thoughtful.
