Subway — Restaurant in Big River

I had a terrible experience at this Subway location. I found a metal piece in my sandwich—completely unacceptable and dangerous. This raises serious concerns about food safety and quality control. I’ve always trusted Subway, but this incident was shocking and could have caused injury. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures it never happens again.

We showed the employee, who was working at the time, and he completely dismissed us and walked away! He accused the metal piece of being my husband’s tooth. I’m shocked by the treatment we received. When we pointed out a clear issue with our food, the employee didn’t apologize, offer a solution, or even listen—he simply dismissed us and walked away. That level of disrespect and lack of basic customer service is completely unacceptable. Mistakes can happen, but the way a business handles them makes all the difference. I recently visited SK to attend a workshop for my gender studies class and stopped into this Subway, it was great! My quad sausage foot long with chipotle sauce and olives was the best I've ever had (food wise).

My only complaint would be that I was slightly offended when I wasn't asked for my preferred pronoun before being addressed as sir while paying.

Other than that, great service, I will be back next...
