Third & Main — Restaurant in Big River

Wanda and the team at Third & Main came all the way from Big River to cater our wedding in Waskesiu. How lucky we were to have had them!! They put their heart into making such a delicious, unique and amazing meal for us. Everyone was raving about the supper they made, and we were getting compliments on the meal all night. They were personable, very responsive to emails and very caring. I didn't have to worry about anything with them, they are truly experts at what they do! We can't thank Wanda, Pam and everyone else who was serving the buffet and helping to clean up enough. They truly went above and beyond what was expected. I would love to start off with how excellent our server was. She was Ukrainian but I rudely missed her name but she was amazing! Knowledgeable about the menu and offered many recommendations. We settled for the the apply platter sampler as well as two Montreal steak sandwiches. The homemade soup was phenomenal and the Greek salad just perfect. To top everything we off we finished strong with a few desserts. The carrot cake and lemon pie were pretty delicious better than most I've tried. But the drumstick dessert, boy let me tell you OUT OF THIS WORLD!! Thank you for a beautiful experience, if we're ever up north again we will definitely be heading...

My first visit and I happen to stumble upon their Sunday brunch! I dined with only myself and waited about 3 minutes for a table. The server was top notch and provided prompt, friendly service throughout my visit. The restaurant was bustling with satisfied patrons which gave the environment a homey feel. Brunch was delicious!
