Haven't been to the T & C in Biggar for quite some time. We both ordered a seniors plate, I had chicken fried rice and chicken chop suey. I hate sticky, gummy undercooked rice and the vegetables were all overly crunchy, the carrots were hard. Marcel had chicken fried rice and sweet and sour pork, which he said was so-so, the pork being overdone. It wasn't busy, but service was slow.
