I placed an order for pickup at 4:56PM and was told it would be 10-15 minutes and quoted me $32.99 + GST for a total of $34.64, this is the same as the price listed online. When I arrived I was told that they had no boneless wings for my Triple Treat Box and asked if I would mind substituting them for regular wings. This wasn't a big issue for me so so I agreed and continued to pay. They wasted me to pay over $36 for the meal so I asked if there was an extra charge for substituting the wings because I was quoted a lower price. They said there is no extra charge and they aren't sure why they are charging me more. It's only a couple dollars so there was no point arguing and I decided to pay. I waited for about 15 minutes and still didn't have my food and everyone who arrived in front of me had left so I assumed I would be next. Another customer comes in to pick up their Triple Treat Box and was told about the wings issue and they agreed to get the regular just like I did. That person received their food and the same wings I was waiting on before I got mine. I figured there was probably a good reason for it so I stayed patient and waited. Then another customer comes in for the same order and replaces the wings for the regular wings and they get their wings and order before me. I ask the employees why other customers are coming in after and getting the same order as me before I am getting it when I'm waiting on the same thing. They apologize and tell me it won't be long. Another customer comes in and the same thing happens, I ask about it and get the same story, then another customer and the same thing happens. Finally I am the only one there, it has been over 50 minutes since I stepped into Pizza Hut and they finally give me my order. They apologize but don't offer me anything for my trouble or for the fact they kept giving my wings away to other customers forcing me to wait. I get home and the pizzas are cold and soggy.
So here is a synopsis: Was told it would be 10-15 minutes Was charged $2 more then what I was supposed to pay Was given a different set of wings because they didn't have what I ordered 4 times they gave wings I was waiting on to customers who came and paid after I did Didn't get food until 1 hour 10 minutes after I ordered Was given old, cold, soggy food Was not offered anything for my trouble.

I have a Pizza Hut gift card - (first note - dont buy the I have always had a huge hassle using them). Home location (not here) has to put it through on exact cents left like a credit card through their debt machine and then put in the number on the back of the card as the pin not even the pin was a pain. So I offered to walk the peraon theough how to do it - I can see the machine is the same - he wont I ask for a supervisor and he wouldn't try. I ask for him to call who is above him and he says the manager is sleeping. As much as I dont wish for someone to be woken. I have used one here before I know there is a way. So he threatened to just cancle my order. I said no I want my supper we just need to figure this out and if you arent willing to hear me out then I will sit here and wait until you can call your manager... a couple minutes later he just gave me the pizza said I could just take it for free instead of being difficult. Im not trying to be difficult - I can prove on the website there is $50 on the card - I am NOT after free pizza - I even offered to leave the card for them to figure it out later - and he just just arguing with me again and claims "Everyone is Blackfalds knows we dont take giftcards" - I tell him I not everyone knows (I didnt - my grandma didnt - Im sure others dont) and instead he tells me to leave and is banning me from the store... which is like whatever because I wouldn't want to come back on his attitude alone.
