We found this cute little place in our search for a quick breakfast. I was amazed to have discovered a quality bagel shop in Blainville! Mon beau-frère nous apporte régulièrement des bagels de cet endroit. La dernière fois qu'il y est allé, il a commandé 6 bagels et, en marchant vers sa voiture, il s'est rendu compte qu'ils n'en avaient mis que 3, alors il est revenu pour les informer. Au lieu de s'excuser pour l'erreur, ils ont insisté sur le fait qu'ils avaient en fait mis 6 bagels et qu’il mentait (comme si on pourrait manger 3 bagels dans les secondes qu’il a quitté… vraiment incroyable!). Je suis tellement choqué qu'une entreprise perde un client pour 3 bagels (après leur erreur) !!! Extrêmement décevant. Cette entreprise semble capitaliser sur le fait qu'il n'y a pas beaucoup d'options à Blainville. Cette expérience est quelque chose que l'on n'attendrait jamais d'un établissement aujourd'hui et montre clairement que les clients sont pris pour acquis et pas du tout respecté. Les 3 bagels ont été laissés sur le comptoir et, évidemment, nous ne reviendrons plus dans ce magasin. J’espère qu’il me traiteront pas d’autre clients comme ils...
