McDonald's — Restaurant in Blainville

So basically I ordered on skip and they forgotten half of my order. I went to the McDonald’s and explained what happened. Without hesitation the employee understood and apologized. He redid our complete order and even given us extra nuggets! My partner and I thrilled and surprised by this we felt so bad xD because the employee must of felt terrible that his crew messed up our order. He definitely redeemed himself, I love this McDonald so much. Even though they made a mistake, they were honest and apologized sincerely and made up for it. Zero service, so if I understand correctly McDonald's now prioritizes mobile order and drive and figure that customers who actually took the time to come into the restaurant are not worth much. Also this place offers almost nothing on the menu everything has a not offered sign on it. I worked for McDonald's as a teen and back then we use to thrive on how fast we can serve clients.
