This Tim Hortons struggles with getting the right staff and bringing in staff. It's a location issue considering that minimum wage doesn't draw talent and the area is not necessarily conducive for minimum wage employees to live in the area. Every time I visit this location there are severe delays with minimal customers which is an employee related concern. On my last visit I watched an older female employee rudely direct an older lady to a separate counter and say "this is only for drinks your food is over there" it was all in tone and body language that got my attention. Then she told another gentleman in front of me that she didn't have coffee because there were coffee grounds and that he would have to wait 5 minutes. Then inquired if he still wanted to wait for coffee. Management 101 do not disclose concerns with customers just reference the small delay take their order and fix the problem. At this point I was so disappointed in the professionalism of this person that I left empty handed and angry because I worked hard and wanted a simple drink for the long drive after 10 hours of driving. They will get the right staff but at the moment it is not what...
Read moreToday, I visited the Bayfield Tim Hortons and ordered an everything bagel, triple toasted. It was burnt to a charcoal-like state. I overheard the staff conversation saying that the whole restaurant was going to stink and be smoky, and all the staff were laughing. She took too much time to give my order, so I thought she was making a new one, but she gave me the same burnt bagel. When I ordered the same bagel double toasted last time, it was lightly toasted, so I changed it to triple toast, which ended up burnt as charcoal. The lady handed over the bagel with very rude behavior. Please give the right training to your staff so they can follow Tim Hortons' standard toast chart. I don't recommend anyone order food from here. It's always a bad experience when I visit this Tim Hortons. However, if anyone is looking for a charcoal bagel and disrespect from the staff, this is the place. If anyone has had a similar experience,...
Read moreMy boyfriend and I went through the drive thru, there was a full truck of guys Infront of us. They did 4/5 separate orders, which obviously took awhile, but is not the issue. We ordered an iced Capp, a steak and egg sandwich and a farmers wrap. I grabbed the sandwich out of the bag and it was a sausage breakfast sandwich. Sure whatever, also not a problem. He went inside to get the correct one with plenty of patience to be told “well maybe if you didn’t do 5 seperate orders I would’ve been able to get your order right” and chucked the wrong order in the garbage. Not sure who trained the staff to speak or act like that, but if that’s an appropriate response to being overwhelmed, maybe direct it to the...
