Very bad experience. Order in the drive through, (I've never been there before) the employee served me my coffee, which is fine and then tells me "avancer" in french, which means to drive further. Confused, I ask if there's another window further down since the window where they gave my coffee is in a back alley and the building in a L. She says "oui, avancer" meaning yes continue. I continue and end up at the end of the back alley and there's no 2nd window. I come back after making a u-turn and have to go by foot to the window where I was since a customer was now there in his car. I ask them where the second window is, but it's another employee that doesn't know who I am... The other employee goes to find the first one, but then a 3rd employee comes at the window and looks at me like I'm stupid or something. So I explained what just happened and she brutally tells me yes go wait there (in front of the back alley back door of the MacDonald near the dumpsters. I explained that this wasn't clear at all and that it's the first time I've been here! (Had to say that because I felt that they implied I should already have known that. She then tells me the first employee doesn't speak French correctly. I answered that she could have told me in English. But I'm still looked at like I'm crazy and she tells me back to back that the first employee doesn't speak English either, she speaks Arab! I'm puzzled since she still looks at me like I'm crazy or something. This is the worst service I have had in a long time. The drive through is really not located in a good spot and if you have an employee that doesn't speak French well and tells you to just continue driving, you'll probably won't understand what you're expected to do. But they'll still look at you like you're the...
Read moreI recently stopped by the McDonald's location in Quebec, and I was pleased with my experience. As a frequent visitor to McDonald's, I know what to expect, and this location delivered.
The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, with friendly staff greeting me upon arrival. I ordered the iconic Poutine, a Double Cheeseburger, and a large Fries. My food was prepared quickly, and I appreciated the efficiency of the service.
The Poutine was cooked to perfection, with crispy fries, flavorful cheese curds, and a rich gravy. The Double Cheeseburger was juicy and satisfying, with melted cheese and fresh lettuce and tomato.
What impressed me most was the bilingual service. As a visitor to Quebec, I was worried about language barriers, but the staff seamlessly switched between French and English, making me feel welcome.
My only suggestion for improvement would be to expand the dining area. During peak hours, seating can be limited, and it would be great to have more space to relax and enjoy my meal.
Overall, this McDonald's location exceeded my expectations. Convenient, affordable, and delicious, it's an excellent option for a quick bite in Quebec.
Recommendations:
Try the Poutine - it's a Quebec staple! Take advantage of the convenient drive-thru service. Don't hesitate to ask staff for bilingual assistance.

Read moreListen as much as i love Mcdonalds if I dont get my order right i won’t enjoy it. This location is nice the interior is nice looking. The employees are pretty young which is ok but they need tomake effort when i received my food especially when its burgers its all messy and there was no care put into making my food. Once i ordered a sunday it was advertised for 2$ but when i went to pay it was 3,50$ I told the cashier its supposed to be 2$ she told me its just a FAKE AD to have more customers which is obliviously not the right answer which proves she just didn’t care so i asked for the manager and thankfully got a refund. But i love Mcdonalds so i still go there often but I do think the employees are...
