Restaurant Coq-O-Bec — Restaurant in Bois-des-Filion

A 2021 update. Sadly this place is going down hill. Since the start of COVID they removed there lunch delivery specials also it a real shame this restaurant is good but there delivery service sucks. They’re late 75% of the time. When I work and wish to order from them, it does not matter what shift I work ( day, night, or weekends ) there never on time. I only get 30min to eat and they are late 10 to 20 min. I even ask them to arrive at a specific time, it doesn’t help. Like I said I a shame the food is good here when I am not in a rush to eat but it hard to trust them when I need to order for work. En ces temps difficiles, nous avons voulu encourager local en appelant chez Coq o Bec, PLUS JAMAIS! Plus de 2h30 de délai de livraison, après une heure nous avons appelé, l’employé nous a carrément menti en nous disant que la commande était partie et qu’elle arriverait dans 2 minutes ... Après 2h30, nous avons pu parler au proprio : ARROGANT, CONDESCENDANT, AUCUN SOUCIS DE SATISFAIRE! Il n’a même pas reconnu que ces délais étaient inacceptables, aucune excuse. Il m’a simplement dit que je ne devrais pas appeler un vendredi soir si je ne voulais pas attendre 2h30 puisque tous les clients devaient attendre aussi longtemps!! (je commande pourtant souvent à d’autres restos le vendredi et je n’ai jamais eu à attendre aussi longtemps - surtout je n’ai jamais eu à parler à un propriétaire aussi désagréable). Food is excellent but delivery is very slow. I once ordered and found gray hair in the meal ( unacceptable) and when I called back I was told they will take note, no offer of a replacement meal or a credit. Love their food but attitude towards customer service...
