Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Boisbriand

I pulled into the drive-thru at noon and there were 3 cars ahead of me. It took a full 15 minutes before I received the 2 "club à la Tim" sandwiches that I'd ordered. I took out the sandwiches, $5.99 plus taxes each, and my first surprise was that the bread was not the same. The sandwiches were served on, what can only compare to, as toasted hamburger buns. The next surprise, and disappointment, were the contents. Each sandwich contained only one thin slice of deli ham, 2 pieces of bacon, 1 piece of lettuce (it only covered a half of the bun), a 2 thin slices of tomato. I would like to thank the staff at this location for an amazing and quick service every morning. it truly is a great a way to start your day. I would like to especially thank Helene knowing the true value of customer service! This tim hortons may be visited by over 200 customers a day but somehow just by the tone of my voice knows my order and assures no mistakes are made! One of the nicest Tim Hortons just right for a relaxing stop on the way back from Montreal to Morin Heights at exit #31 on autoroute 15 north.. We stopped to try the new fried chicken. My friend liked his with the BBQ sauce, and French fries, but thought the portion was too small. Mine was with the sweet & sour sauce, no French-fries, very nice left space for the peacan-nut puff-pastry desert. Service was very good and efficient.
