Regino's Pizza — Restaurant in Bradford West Gwillimbury

I've ordered from this establishment on several occasions and generally refrain from leaving 1-star reviews. However, my recent experience was disappointing. I attempted to order a pizza with two toppings on one half, which traditionally counts as a single topping, and is reflected as such within their app. When I tried to place the order over the phone, they were charging me for two separate toppings, citing that cheese is considered one of them. I advise caution when ordering over the phone, as such misleading practices can significantly detract from the overall experience.

The pizza is absolutely incredible - tons of cheese, light fluffy crust, and very very generous with the toppings. I ordered five of the party sized (24 slices each) pizza's for a large group of people at a birthday party and we had lots left over because the pizza was so filling! I received many rave reviews from my guests saying it was the best pizza they'd ever had. I can't rave enough about how delicious it was! Also, the customer service experience was phenomenal - from the super easy online order (I was able to place the order the day before) to the prompt delivery and the courteous delivery person - everything was excellent. I have gotten into the ordering the special pizza on Tuesday, I usually order with a BBQ sauce base as I was instructed by placing a note, as there's no option on the website. Which when ordered online the price came up to $23+, but when I went to pick up the order it came up to $25+ which I wouldn't normally have a problem with but it wasn't communicated prior to pick up to expect the additional charge. Furthermore, upon eating left over pizza in the following days I chomped on some long strand of hair in my food (I'm a male with very short hair) which was disgusting.
