Wimpy's Diner — Restaurant in Bradford West Gwillimbury

I've been here multiple times. Usually very good. Ordered out today and mine and my sons burgers were both pretty undercooked. I won't be eating there again. For the price there are far better options, especially when the food is not even cooked well.

I edited my review to a 2 star because after thinking on it for a couple of days. I really do think it's unacceptable to serve undercooked beef to a 3 year old. I should be more upset. There is a lot I can forgive food wise. This isn't one of them. I left 2 stars because the servers are great. If not it would be an easy 1 star.

Edited to 1 star overall and 2 star for service because no one from the restaurant location or corporate reached out about this. I don't mess around with food safety and the fact that this was never acknowledged tells you all you need to know.

Edited again to mention that not one person from the the restaurant or head office has addressed the issue of serving a 3 year old undercooked meat. Shameful.

We had great service... Very acommodating. Staff provided for and followed Covid measures. We were having a "working brunch" and appreciated the free wi-fi. The menu had changed since we were last here about a yr ago... And both of our meals were generous and delicious. The poutine of seasoned homemade sliced potato home fries, covered in scrambled egg, veggies, mushrooms, shredded cheddar, and an amazing Hollandaise sauce was one of the BEST creations we've tried in a very long time... And the leftovers, reheated in the microwave, then broiled 5 minutes in our toaster oven the nxt day was STILL SO DELICIOUS! We have been raving about our visit for three days now! And I am salivating telling you...

Ordered the classic 10oz cheeseburger with condiments on it. Dude literally put 3 tbsp of mayo on top like a moron. I remember this burger being good 20 years ago and being $5.

I paid $31 and change with no tip for a large rubber burger that was so terrible 8 stopped eating halfway through.

Waitress asked me if I wanted a to go container and was shocked when I told her it was the worst burger I ever had. Basically served a rubber shoe sole for $31.

Im never going back to this trash ass place.

If you like paying $31 for garbage then this is the place for you.

Id rather fight raccoons at 3am for old pizza in a dumpster then ever walk foot in here...
