This place is grossly understaffed! They have one person concentrating on the people just making coffee and espresso and everyone else was waiting for bread or other products. Wait for ever there is one girl and nobody else at times. I have to wait up to 15 minutes just to get a piece of bread and I’ve seen people even frustration because they didn’t wanna wait. You pay your staff $15-$18 an hour maybe and you can afford $15-$18 to have one more staff member. This keeps coin you’re gonna lose another customer and I hope your coffee or café is enough to keep you going or why not just have your Kasaei and stop making the bread because obviously that’s not important to you. You’re in the business wake up and be a business person Services everything you’re failing miserably!

Two people walked out from your lineup because they were tired of waiting for service. What the hell is going on with this place. The focus is in the dining area coffees and espresso and you guys completely. Ignore the other part of the store! Find more help or find another solution but why do people have to keep waiting and it’s so shameful and embarrassing on you that people are walking out. That’s not a business so we need to refocus please! Or I’m going to completely go to a different bakery because you guys are not worth the weight. Also, what’s up with not cutting the cornbread every other Bakery cut the cornbread and when we ask your staff, oh we can’t find a piece That’s bullshit. Provide all services for close the doors and then at least give us an opportunity to go somewhere else and shop and get the proper service that we deserve.

Make sure you bring in a lawn chair to sit for service. They take so long that you actually get tired of standing up and looking around and waiting and waiting and waiting! Give your heads,...

Place: It's cozy and inviting.

Food: It's decente but could be fresher, certain hot beverage such as cappuccinos are not done properly, tastes very blend and water like, not like a cappuccino should taste. Certain desserts don't taste fresh, seems that it has been left out with covering, looks stale.

Customer service: This is where my low review comes from. To the owner of this establishment, please train these people on how serve their clients. They are very slow, they take forever to serve a client, I have been there on numerous occasions where there are line ups of people waiting on one side (for desserts, coffees etc. And all of the servers are on the either side (for breads, food etc) helping a few people, which is not even close to the amount of people on the other side. I have caught the younger servers rolling their eyes at clients who are asking qiestions about desserts or other items, they talk to eachother at the counter about how some clients annoy them (with other clients present there). They are very unprofessional and rude!

The ONLY server there that seems like she is a one woman show, is a lady that has been for a long time, she does everything, she is friendly to clients, is professional and seems to be always assisting the other servers that keep asking her how they should do certain tasks or they don't know the prices of items and she comes to the rescue.
