If i had to I would split the rating....with the female at 0 And the male 5.... she was miserable from when we walked in and sat down. It was not busy except another couple and 4 men drinking at the bar. It took long to get the food but food was good. Now why a 1? The couple after us got there after we ordered she gave them water and drinks first. Then she ignored us by standing at the bar but some how got the couple's food out to them and their appetizers we had nothing except bread. Then when those men at the bar went to order we heard her laughing and forgot us again as we wanted to ask for an extra plate. Never the less she was rude and gave us salad dressing from a bottle looked like Italian dressing but fully gave this couple the oil and vinegar . Then we asked for hot sauce and her response was it's on the plate but yet again she handed the bottle to the others. When I finally got up I told her I didn't want this dressing I wanted what they really put on it as she gave it to the other people and she said ok and walked away and never came back. Then I flagged the man down and he apologized and when he went back he yelled at her and she shrugged her shoulders.....He came back very apologetic. Honestly I would not recommend this place if she is there as she seems to think if your not Portuguese you shouldn't get the right food and treatment...at least that's how she made us feel...horrible experience and I only left a tip because of the man..she deserved...

For attending this location for the first time it was the worst experience ever. We had a party of 19 people and waited 30 mins to have our drink and meal orders taken. The place had only 3 tables filled so it was not busy. After our order was put in we waited another 2 hours for our food which came out cold. The bife a casa was the cheapest and smallest cut i have ever seen at a portuguese resturant as well as tasteless and to top it off i could probably smack someone over the head with it and succeed to knock them out. The Arroz marrisco was so over cooked the inside of the crab leg was as dry as my skin on a winters day. The owner greeted the other 2 tables but avoided us as he was upset we complained about the wait. Place operates more like a bar vs a resturant and to add the bartender has 0 drink making knowledge, we asked for a cocktail menu and was told they do not make any just canned mixed drinks that were bought at the LCBO. After lunch was over our party of 19 did not tip a single dollar for the poor service and rudeness experienced by staff. Was the first time and the last time we will be ever ordering from this place please do yourself a favour...

Went here for a family lunch. 4 adults and 1 child. Upon entry all you smelt was cigarette smoke as there were men in and out constantly smoking. They then hung around the bar which made this restaurant feel more like a bar. I know it is called a bar and grill so it was expected, however just wished it was more sectioned off.

The chairs were dirty, one had to be swapped because it was too dirty to sit on. The menus were dirty and you could tell had not been wiped down. The cups provided for our drinks were not the cleanest. You could see spots of grease on them.

The food arrived and some meals were cold, other meals were not. Over all taste was okay, not the best not the worst either. A hair was found in one of the meals however we were told it was from the egg. We were still charged full price for this perticular meal.

Over all disappointed with this bar and grill. If they focused more on the cleanliness of the place we wouldn't have felt so uncomfortable eating there.

I'm giving it 2 stars because the kids meal...
