Little Caesars Pizza Brampton — Restaurant in Brampton

Why would I have to work to try to give them my business? Am I wrong in thinking that "hot and ready" implies quick, hassle free pizza orders?

The first time we went to try to get 5 "hot and ready" pepperoni pizzas (we were feeding 7 people), they only had 2 pepperoni ready, and it was going to be 10 minutes for more. They did have 2 deluxe pizzas ready, but naturally this cost more and they weren't ready to give us a customer service deal. We walked out, called Pizza Depot, and drove a few blocks to get it. Yesterday, we walked into this Little Caesar's at dinner hour for more "hot and ready". We asked for 5 meat and deluxe pizzas. We were just about to hand money to the cashier seconds later when we asked to change our order to 5 pepperoni pizzas, instead. The cashier went to the back and some person came out to say they would only allow us to change part of our order. Needless to say, we kept our cash in hand and walked out. As far as our family is concerned, this Little Caesars lack of service is the best thing to happen to the Pizza...

Little Caesars is one of my favourite Pizza joints, and as a chain it gets 5 stars, but this location is just ok. If you are looking for the standard hot n ready you should be fine, but every time I order a specific Pizza I have a problem. Once I paid for double mushrooms and received a grand total of five mushrooms. When mentioning this to them before leaving they all come from the back and become argumentative as if I'm causing a problem. That's how many mushrooms we put on I was told. The next time I ordered double mushrooms it's like they dumped the mushroom bin on my Pizza. I don't know if little Caesars corporate has processes in place to ensure consistency, but if they do, they should audit this location. The staff is friendly enough unless you have an issue. IMO, it's when you have an issue that they should be friendliest. To be clear, three stars is just ok, but it's not a bad review. I would still go here for a Pizza, it's just not...

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. The pizza was absolutely horrible—seemed stale, poorly made, and completely unappetizing. Honestly, anyone with no experience in making pizza could have done a better job. The quality was just unacceptable for us. The person making pizza definitely seems to be clueless about both pizza-making and maintaining any standard of quality. After just half a slice, I started having stomach pains, I throwed away my slice but when we looked at it again carefully , the pizza slices themselves looked awful, like something had tampered with them before they were served. I have had pizzas from this branch before and it was never this horrible. If this store wants to survive, they need to hire and train better staff. The quality of the pizza has dropped significantly. I will never buy from here again. We landed up throwing away whole pizza....
