Bad food, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Ordered take out from this place and on reaching back home saw that it was burnt. Still took a bite and found it overcooked and all dry from inside. Called them to let them know and since it was closing time for them they asked me to collect refund the next day. I didn’t want any refund but still wanted to share feedback with them and show them the pictures. Next day when I went their and told them the reason for my visit the lady at the reception got aggressive and started speaking loudly saying that only three or four pieces would have been burnt and the rest would have been ok. When I showed her pics that all pieces were burnt some more than the others, she said she will only replace half pound or refund for that. I told I don’t want any replacement or refund and I only came to share feedback so other customers don’t have to suffer and then walked out. Extremely rude, insensitive and aggressive behavior. I am the customer with moga meats from last 5 years. I used to bought food from the many locations peterrobertson location, airport location and credit view location. Today i just called at credit view location to inquire about the food price as i ordered many time from this location as well as has pickup too but there is a server lady at the till talked with me very rudely and insulted me as well when i visited at the restaurant when i asked her about the owner of restaurant then she said whatever i will not take order and even come in the presence of owner of restaurant i donot care about him as well. So this is my request to the owner of restaurant if you have customer then you have business if you lose your customer then business will go down so please give some training to your server at till as she used very bad language which is not tolerable in respect of customer service. Worst Paneer bhurji ever I have had in my life. As you can see in the picture there is no gravey, no sauce, no spices …. Its just shredded panner tossed in oil and nothing else. Upon calling the store, employees do not respond correctly. They say they have no manager or nobody is in charge of the store that you can talk to. The excuse that they give is paneer bhurji is supposed to be that way. This is not the first time i have had paneer bhurji from this particular store and this is the worst experience. They say they have 2 chefs, one makes it dry and one makes it with gravey. Dude atleast use some common sense even while making an excuse. You guys know you are not IKEA right ? Coz its not customer’s job to prepare gravey and spices at home and then assemble it when your paneer arrives. If I supposed to do that, atleast provide instruction manual woth your shredded paneer.
