I was ordering the deal of the day but the Pizza Hut'@ website was not working. I called the store and they wouldnt take the order because she said you have to place the order online to get the deal. I said I know but the website is not loading. She said just wait until it does. I told her I have already been waiting more than 5+ mins. She said just keep waiting until it load and place your oder. I asked her given that the webaite is not loading cant you not just take my order... she said NO. I asked why? She said becaue their system is going to ring it at regular price and they cant give me the deal. I said why not. She said because they cant over ride the system.

I told her the manager can. She said NO. None of us can.

I ended up waiting for the website to load and place the order. I wanted no tomatoes and instead place it with another topic. Online system wasnt giving me an option to remove the tomatoes from their Veggie Lover pizza (pizza deal of the day).

So I placed the order and called the store to get it fixed. Same lady answered and she said we can remove it but cannot add another topic. I asked her why not? She said we just cant do that. The system wont allow it. I will have to pay for the topic. I asked her how much does it cost to replace tomatoes with roasted hot pepers? I am removing one topic and replacing with another.

She said it costs and our system cannot make that change. I told her that is not possible at all. The manager can over ride it. I told her I have order the pizza all the time and the replace tomatoes with another topic as my mom is allergic to it. The other pizza hut at airport rd has no issues doing this.

I told her this is absolutely poor customer service. She said only this time I will make an exception but we do not normally do this. I told her, again, poor...

Extremely disappointed and will not be order from Pizza Hut again. We ordered one large customized veggie with (pineapples, green olives,hot pepper and beyond ground sausage). At $2.50 a topping you would assume they pack it nicely but it’s the opposite. I see one hot pepper and a few pine apples and one green olive. For my second pizza it was supposed to come with pepperoni,mushrooms, green olives and tomatoes for the kids. There is no mushrooms at all!! Barely any tomatoes and yes they gave us a lot of pepperoni and barely any green olives. For the third pizza I am not even sure what crust it was but probably one of the worst pizzas we had in a very long time. This was a recipe pizza( pepperoni, sausage,ground beef and green pepper. The crust was disgusting not even sure what it was. They are very very cheap when it comes to toppings. I understand the price of things have gone up but if your over charging then you should be putting the toppings on. Unfortunately my husband just ordered Chinese because he hated his pizza ( the last one ).

My kids are there pizza but made me put mushrooms and more green olives for them.

Although I love pineapples but since I paid $2.50*4 toppings I wish I saw more toppings on my pizza then cheese and dough.

Worst experience do not order from this location. I have 3 kids aged ( 5 months,19 months and a 3.5 year old).

I do not have time for reviews or much but I had to write one because of how angry I was with the amount of money I spent paying...

We have some guests over the weekend and we order a vegetarian pizza over the phone. But as everyone is receiving the service from this location we were not an exception.

First, when we call to place an order, the tone we get from staff is not polite at all rather they show lot of bad attitude. We especially asked to get our pizza well done as we liked the crispy base pizza. I have ordered a pizza at many other location like everyone else and they say okay will take care of it and when they say they mean it. The guy at this location said yes and we also asked him to check it when we went to pick up and with full attitude he says doneeee!!! and check the image I have attached. it's not. Honestly, the pizza was not cooked at all. When we ate the pizza, we feel like we were eating dough. We dint finish it. just throw in the bin. We should have gone back with the pizza and show it the staff but because we had guests could't afford to go back brawl with the person who do not care about his business.

No body has time to go back and write a long reviews for the restaurant which they like. But this location is just dont deliver. So if you live near by this location please be aware to receive bad service and even worst pizza. That's a lot to say but never mind we will check some local pizza chain next time to get good pizza. like City...
