Paired with fragrant basmati rice and freshly baked naan bread, it was an absolute delight.
But the excitement didn't end there. After the main course, I ventured into the sweet shop section, and my taste buds were in for a treat.    Read moreI wanted to try a new Indian restaurant just for the sake of something new. The place was ok but I have a few issues. It seems a bit disorganized. I ordered 2 thalis for take out. She said it would be 15 mins; Iâm like isnât the food already prepared? And she mentioned âthey have to make the naanâ sorry I didnât realize it took 15 mins to make naan. Either way; that was fine, the price was on par for thalis at most other restaurants so I have no issues with the price. I ordered a variety of dishes for the 2 thalis. The food was not hot; especially the rice (it was cold and undercooked); I found the food very mild. The channa was undercooked and hard, and not much gravy, most just channa. The naan was good, the daal and shahi paneer were good but again, just lukewarm. The biggest let down was that I ordered gulab Jaman for both of the thalis (which my son was very excited about.) since they donât make the thali infront of you, I didnât realize they made an error. When we got home, both of our thalis had gajrela, which both of us donât like; quite Ă disappointment because bath of us enjoy our Gulab jamans; we ended up throwing out our gajrela because neither of us like it. I did not find the customer service to be the greatest; when I went to get my thalis vegetables chosen the girl was like âwhereâs your receiptâ which I wasnât aware that I needed to keep or show since the cashier did not tell me. Tried something new and we wonât be back, we will stick with Prem sweets. edit 2 hours after eating this food, my son and I BOTH have terrible stomach aches. I suspect this restaurant is NOT following safe serve temperature...
