Starbucks — Restaurant in Brampton

I just got coffee at 7:55 on Sunday evening at this location. There was a coloured girl there on the Starbucks counter. Her attitude oh my god was like she is doing a favour to work there. Since I was paying from my Starbucks app I asked her to scan my card but she said no as she cannot because the location is in longos. That’s not true, I asked the closing manager there and he also confirmed that it’s not true along with the girl standing on customer service counter. When I asked the Starbucks girl she replied that she does not like to be harassed. Awful attitude and service. If you don’t want to work please don’t spoil brands reputation. Serious training required here. Everyone is equal here please don’t play other cards when comes to providing service. After all you are getting paid for it and people are paying for this. I will def send an email to the customer...

Awesome. The staff is so kind to their regulars. There's a family feel among the staff. Professional decorum. Professional clientele. You can work remotely from here using their unlimited free wifi. There's a washroom right there and the news playing. Big windows. It's a welcoming spot.

Usually when I go to a starbucks the wait is minimal unless peak time and the coffee is always great! This location I had neither of those experiences. The wait was extremely long for just a regular coffee and it didn't taste very good. Also, the lady serving us didn't even acknowledge the wait time either. I hope this was a one time thing since we are paying a premium going to starbucks for those...
