This is my Timās right off the 407 and on my way to work. They are usually pretty good - fast, friendly. However, there are times that they can miss the mark. Yesterday I was late for work (~ 8:30am) but needed 2 gift cards to say thank you to some colleagues. It was a long wait in the drive thru so by the time I got to the window, I was really getting late for work. When I was handed the gift cards, the fist one had a sleeve with coffee stains all over it. I let the girl know and she seemed upset. I took the sleeve off and noticed they gave me an old scratched up gift card. I asked her to change it and she said she couldnāt. Then the second card came and it was a āHappy Birthdayā card. I told them I just wanted a regular card, not happy birthday. She responded saying that I never told them that. I asked them to change it and they said they could not. They brought the manager who told me it would take long and I would have to either come in or come back later. I am not usually a confrontational type, but it was a simple order⦠2 Tims cards and please change this used card and the Happy birthday card. I told them I was late for work and did not have time to come in. She responded that whether I was in the drive thru or inside it would take the same amount of time. True, but there is also finding a parking spot, going in, waiting for them, etc. I started to think about it more and figured they would hustle if I was holding up their drive thru line. (My apologies to those behind me, but I needed them to fix the problem fast). They started to really hustle and got me a Thank You card instead. I was out in about 3 minutes. When I got to work, I saw the thank you card, but the used damaged card was still the same. I was so upset. In the end I went to another Timās to get a new card and will use the old scratched one for me. Not impressed!!! They can do better. And if they make a mistake, they should own up to it and solve it instead of being rude and arrogant to their customers or putting them at an...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI frequently visit this tims, three to four times a week, and after accumulating a wealth of frustrating experiences, I've decided it's high time to vent my frustrations here, particularly after my recent late-night visit before I start my shift.
Around 11 pm, I pulled into the drive-thru, hoping to order my usual chocolate donut, an item they typically have in stock. However, to my dismay, the staff member on the intercom seemed incapable of hearing my order. I drove forward, thinking a face-to-face interaction might help. But no, she told me, "We can't serve you here; please make another lap and come back." There wasn't a line of vehicles behind me, so I patiently complied.
After a grueling seven-minute wait, she hands me a cup of steeped tea, claiming they didn't have any chocolate donuts and needed to brew the tea instead. That's all she heard initially. I politely pleaded for my donut, only to be met with a refusal, citing that they were out of donuts. I couldn't help but wonder how challenging it could be to procure a donut in those seven minutes, yet she steadfastly denied me any sweet treat. I think her name was komal from what I could read
What struck me was her choice of accessories: she sported AirPods in one ear and a drive-thru microphone in the other. It left me suspecting that she might have had both AirPods in initially but removed one, leading to her inability to hear my order.
But the ordeal doesn't conclude there. During my break at 3 am, I returned with a colleague, and to my surprise, they had a selection of honey crullers and chocolate dip donuts. I can't say for certain if they magically baked these pastries between 11 pm and 3 am, but my gut feeling tells me they were in stock all along but withheld from me.
This establishment has lost a loyal customer of seven years due to this disastrous and infuriating experience. It's evident that they exploit their loyal patrons like me to...

An employee (a short brown chubby lady) was extremely rude to us on several occasions. The last 3 times they either forgot to give us items we payed for or gave us wrong items. 1 month ago we ordered a donut. 3 days later we came back and told her they forgot to give us the donut we payed for. She immediately accuses us of lying and says she remembers giving us our donut 3 days ago. How do you remember if thereās 100s of customers a day?? We said we donāt mind paying for a new one, but donāt accuse people of lying. Do your job correct and take accountability instead of blaming people for your mistakes. Second time they forgot to give me a breakfast sandwich, which I was bringing for my grandma, who didnāt have food. I had to go all the way back to tims and get it, which made me late for work. We visited 12:30pm in the afternoon today. We ordered 3 drinks and 2 bagels but was charged for 1 bagel, so we ordered a second bagel with cream cheese at the window (face to face with an employee so she heard us CLEARLY). They didnāt put cream cheese on it, so I went inside to tell them. The employee taking orders, said they didnāt charge us for the cream cheese, so I kindly payed for the cream cheese to be added. Immediately the chubby employee interrupts the one Iām speaking to and started accusing me of lying and saying that I didnāt ask for cream cheese(while talking loudly over me)ā¦. There was 4 people in the car that all heard the bagel order. The employee that interrupted was neither taking our order or at the window, she had no business getting involved. On all 3 incidents this happened they neither gave us a receipt or offered one. They have a habit of punching in your order wrong, then accusing you of lying about what you ordered⦠what a joke. Disgusting attitude and way to treat customers⦠someone needs to investigate and fire this lady because she should not be representing...
