I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I canceled my furniture order two weeks ago and have emailed them multiple times—without receiving a single response. I was told I’d get a refund confirmation, but nothing has been done.
I’ve had to file a dispute with my bank to get my money back and am now in the process of submitting a complaint to consumer protection. I’m not surprised after reading other reviews where people have shared similar experiences.
I don’t even have the item, and my money is still stuck with them. This is absolutely unethical behaviour —completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Be very cautious before purchasing anything from this company.

Please note that I did not call after three days. I have a complete record of my communication with your company, including screenshots of all the calls (including the time) I made. Additionally, I have included all the relevant details in my previous email for transparency.
HERE IS THE FULL STORY: I placed the order on Wednesday, March 26th, and the order was cancelled on Thursday, April 3rd. The order confirmation email I received mentioned that the estimated delivery would be on Monday, March 31st. I called the on March 31st and was informed that it could take up to 7 days from the day I placed the order. I was also told by the representative that I would receive a call on Wednesday (that same week), but no call was received. On Thursday, when I called around 3:30 p.m., I was told that the order was still not ready. However, if I wanted the order that day, I could go to the warehouse to pick it up. The lady mentioned that the warehouse would be closing at 4:30 p.m. After all this confusion and lack of communication, I decided to cancel the order. Before hanging up the phone, I asked the lady—who seemed in a hurry to end the call—when I would receive a refund. She clearly informed me that the order would be cancelled and that I would receive a refund email within two days. However, I never received that email. Since then, I have sent multiple emails, but I have not received a single response.
I do not spread false rumors or make baseless claims. I believe in sharing factual information to raise awareness—especially when companies use misleading practices that inconvenience customers.
Your message states that you never denied a refund and that the pickup timeline was clearly mentioned. However, I have never received a single email from you guys until now but you are responding to the review as it's public. If everything had been handled transparently from the start, this situation could have been avoided.

🚫We lost our 💲300 dollars to this fraud place without buying anything, please save your money!🚫
My husband and I went to 6 different furniture store and came here at last. All other stores were up-front regarding the final sale or conditional sale but these people told us to book it with 300 dollar deposit and to cancel it within few days if we change our mind. We decided not to go with the sofa booked so we called them to cancel very next day, but they kept on juggling us. Finally they said you can get refunded. We were out of country for few weeks, we came back and went to store. Stupid Manager knew about the conflict but would not talk to us, the other staff member would go to her or call owner but owner would not talk to us too. Next day they texts us saying you cannot get 💲300 dollar refund, you have to buy 💲3000 worth of item since they CANNOT DEGRADE THEIR SALE!
Our house deal got cancelled we are not thinking to buy any furniture, what would I buy 💲3000 worth from them? And now Why would I buy after reading horrible reviews. So we gave up 300 dollars as we are from different city and going to Brampton and chasing them is waste of money, time and mental health🥲.
Their staff and management is not aligned. Their owner doesn't know what terms his staff is selling but would not take responsibility of the sale. The staff member who sold to us is no longer with them and dont care about it, the owner would not even talk or take responsibility terms of the sale made.
⚫️ They dont have any unique item, you can find same items in other store at cheaper rate too. Or buy better online from Wayfair or Structube who would actually take responsibility or fix the items unlike them.🚮

Read moreScam Alert!!! I went to buy a sofa based on the promotion they were running on FB. I showed the picture of the AD to the sales rep in store. He told me its not on display in the store. I bought the sofa as packed, without opening it and when I came home, I realized it was a different sofa (i.e. sofa arms didn't have cup holders, cushions were missing). When I raised the concern with them, the sales rep told me this is what this is and we can't do anything now.
[Answer to the owner response] I was expecting this response from the owner. Firstly, the exact wording of your sales representative was, "Sir, we don't have this sofa on display, but we have it in our warehouse." Therefore, the sofa I showed him was available in stock. Secondly, I spent less than 15 minutes in total in the store, and I can share my mobile location logs if you wish. Thirdly, your sales representative told me that the sofa I purchased was exactly the same as the one I showed him in the advertisement, except that it had a reversible L-shaped seat. I reconfirmed his statement at least three times before making the payment, and he repeatedly assured me that he was providing me with what I requested.
Regarding your point about me buying what he showed me on the floor, he showed me a sofa priced at $699 that was made of leather and also had storage. Therefore, as he said, he sold me what he showed me. However, I do not see any storage in my sofa. There are still missing items.
