Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Brandon

I always try a restaurant three times and order something different except one item. On all three occasions my poutine did not have enough gravy on it. It was terribly dry... So disappointing!!! The mushroom burger I ordered the first time was very cheesy and so good but the problem was half the bun wasn't on the burger right so when I got home to eat it I couldn't put my burger back together properly because of the cheese. The second time I ordered chicken fingers and they were very over cooked. The staff seemed to be distracted and not very pleasant except the girl I interacted with tonight. This third time I went I ordered a blizzard and a poutine. The cheesecake blizzard only had cheese cake on the top half of the blizzard and it was pure white ice cream at the bottom (not blended properly) and the poutine still did not have enough gravy! I'm so utterly disappointed in Brandon's dq because the one in Yorkton and Melville was phenomenal! Will not be returning here anymore until they learn to treat their food...

Was there today. No one knew what was going on. One team member had a scrub brush and was washing the lower wall near the floor and then went straight to the counter and then started touching food orders and handing them out without washing their hands. The two team members seem to unable to read the tickets and figure out whose order was whose. There were two orders that were placed after me who got their orders before me. One team member was standing near where the food for the inside goes and seemed completely lost. Looking at the tickets talking to somebody else playing with the tickets and not handing out the orders. All I ordered was a small hot fudge sundae and I had to wait there for over 10 minutes in the line to pick up my food while my ice cream sat on the ledge looking me straight in the face melting. My ice cream was half melted when I received it. I think the team members need training on hand washing and how to read tickets so they can do their jobs effectively. It...

I do not recommend ordering a cake from them. Ordered a cake for my daughters FIRST birthday and paid for the cake few days before my daughter's birthday and was told they can make the cake no problem. They called us THE DAY BEFORE my daughters birthday and suddenly couldn't do the colours we requested, that are listed in their icing menu....so sad my daughter couldn't have the perfect cake for her FIRST birthday because they couldn't tell us when we ordered that it wouldn't be possible. If we were told it wasn't possible when i made the order, bwfore i paid already....and not the day before the big day as many other places require more than a days notice to make a birthday cake also, then I would have definitely ordered elsewhere to ensure my daughter had the perfect cake for...
