On Aug.10/2022 We took our visitors from Australia to experience all you can eat ribs. We arrived around 7:15. The restaurant was very busy. The initial service was quick, the four of us all ordered a drink and the all you can eat ribs. The food came in about 10 minutes. The French fries were ice cold and the ribs were cold, dry, tough and petrified. Clearly they had been sitting under a heat lamp for quite awhile. I called our server over and she replaced all of our meals with hot fries and hot, dry, tough and petrified ribs. It was unbelievably disappointing. A McDonalds McRib is more flavourful and tender. We felt bad for our Auzzie guests. We now had a new waiter who was sympathetic to our complaints but had no authority to comp us anything. I advised him that Montanas should be embarrassed serving this poor quality of food. Obviously everything is premade and is inserted in a microwave and or a heat lamp. Just because we came around 7 doesn’t mean we she be served the scraps or remains of the day. Montanas use to be great place to eat, good dollar value. We do not recommend Montanas Brandon to anyone anymore. Avoid a disappointment, spend your money on local food establishments who care about what they serve. Read moreI had told more then 1 employee that it was my birthday last time I went, which was the 1st of January. (just finding out now how to leave a review) However I had asked what was in they're desserts because I cant eat peanuts. The ladie told me she would ask to find out if it contained peanuts or not. when she came back she still couldnt tell me if it was peanut friendly instead she came back with the bill. No discount No birthday song & No dessert which was the only reason my boyfriend had taken me out as I was excited to celebrate my birthday there. when I had mentioned it was my birthday for like the 5th time, she ignored me as if I didnt exist 😔 😤 I asked instead of a birthday dessert can I get a free drink (As I had my Id with me) or even a discount.. she had replied as "no sorry we dont do that" worst birthday experience ever there. Read moreOne meal out of our table of six was just never made, this could have been easily remedied if anyone including our server would have come back to check in once the other meals were brought out. Unfortunately, we sat there for at least 10-15 mins before we managed to flag someone down. What happened to servers circling back to make sure everything is perfect?? Server couldn't give any particular reason and was apologetic, manager came over and first asked how everything is?! Then advised that the one missed meal would be no charge with apologies. Problem is this takes a nice family meal and makes it very uncomfortable. We kindly asked that the missed meal was brought in a take out container and left. (Manager had to bring more drinks, server probably should have seen that as well) You simply need to do better at training by our experience alone.
