Absolute Worst Experience - I have ever had.
Lady working the front counter had no manor's at all and barely even acknowledge me standing there - when she did she kept saying I had to wait and she'd be there in a minute - meanwhile I was there to pick up my order which was sitting ontop of the oven waiting to be paid for. No apologies for the delay - girl cooking had long hair - no hair net - no hat. Front counter lady kept delaying helping me - continuing packing up a Skip order (the guy waiting on the bench was from Uber - so in reality she wasn't helping any of us in store - instead just wasting everyone's time) I had finally asked for the 3rd time if I could just pay for my order so I could leave. It was extremely smokey inside as well like a huge cloud of smoke when you walked in. She finally answered me and responded with "Ya ya ya ya ya" I said theres no need to be rude I am just looking to pay for my order that I had ordered ahead and have been standing here waiting to pay for it. She proceeded to take my payment throw the plastic bag on the counter for my drinks and dip and go right back to checking on a different pizza. No thank you no sorry about the wait no sorry about the uncalled for attitude. Absolutely nothing. My family is a regular at this pizza pizza and have never ever had this issue - I have also already put in a complaint online to head office.
My order was almost $30 and my one pizza is completely unable to be eaten as the middle of the pizza is slimy and almost raw. I picked a piece up to feed my 2 year old son and the toppings just fell off. The top of the crust is burnt but the inside and middle of the pizza is raw - the oven temperature must be too high.

I am so happy they changed management with new employees, because their pizza is FINALLY restored to its perfect quality. The past few months I've been ordering pizza from here regularly and it's just delicious. I am so happy. I will leave my previous review below when the restaurant was under different staff. Again, I reiterate, it is from 3 years ago:
I had originally given this pizza location a five star review, but I'm now making it a generous ONE STAR review. I'm not sure if management has changed (I believe it has), but the new staff clearly do not know the meaning of "well done" when I specifically asked that they bake it well. It's been twice now that my pizza has been under-cooked, soft, and sloppy: a stark contrast to how it used to be baked: well done and crispy, just how I like it. The New York style pepperoni I used to order would always be cooked perfectly, and delicious. These past couple times when I made the same order, it didn't even look like they used New York style, and the pepperoni was undercooked. The ceasar salad I ordered was also a huge disappointment. The croutons have no flavor, even with the dressing... just no. I might give the other location a chance, but at this point, I am done buying from pizza pizza, especially at the fairview location. I’m deeply disappointed with the service I received at this Pizza Pizza location. I’ve been a loyal customer since 2002, enjoying their Full Moon Bread and pizzas with a generous amount of cheese. However, my recent experience was appalling.
The owner provided exceptionally poor customer service. I ordered the Full Moon Bread, which was notably lacking in cheese compared to my previous experiences. When I requested a refund or a remake, the owner outright refused, claiming that all orders are made with a specific amount of cheese. This was contrary to my long-standing experience with their products.
Additionally, I was told that my XL pizza order would be cancelled and that it would have the same issue with cheese. The owner insisted that I needed to call customer service to address my complaint, and when I said I would bring the pizza back for cancellation, he refused to give it to me. His response was not only rude but deeply disappointing and distressing.
As a dedicated customer for over two decades, I expect better treatment and a resolution to such issues. This experience has left me not only frustrated but also disheartened by the lack of respect and service I received. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to prevent others from enduring a similar ordeal.
