I arrived at Titos at 6 PM Ordered Online for Future Pickup 2 Panzerotti 3 Items Special for $22.99

Panzerotti #1 - Double Pineapple, Ham and extra cheese

Panzerotti #2 - Double Pepperoni, Italian Sausage and extra cheese

Boneless Chicken Bites - 10 Oz BBQ

TOTAL $40.66 I wouldn't feed this to my dog or the homeless. I paid for extras I did not receive.

I was offered no compensation for my timed 6PM Online Pickup Order.

I did not leave the establishment until 6:30 Boneless Chicken Bites were rubbery and very odd tasting, like sour and BBQ sauce tasted like no name ketchup with more sugar.

They folded a medium pizza dough threw minimal toppings in the center and call it a baked panzerotti , hardly anything. Panzerotti DO NOT...

I ordered two pizzas tonight one large three topping gluten-free pizza and a medium three topping pizza. Both pizzas seem to be cooked fine and had a great amount of toppings. Two problems. I had it delivered and it was delivered through doordash and you can see in the pictures how the large three topping gluten-free pizza arrived to me. It was all messed up slide all over the box. I am not sure if this is doordash's fault or if it is the pizza places for but I would highly suggest the pizza place contact doordash and correct this issue. My only other issue is last time I ordered a large gluten-free pizza the girl that I purchased it for said it was dry so this time I specifically ordered extra sauce but she says it is still very dry I'm not sure if the extra sauce was ever...

Most horrible experience I have ever had with a pizza shop. First I waited over an hour for my order, driver shows up with a dead debit machine, so I have to etransfer her, I then open the boxes of pizza and both pizzas are made wrong not even close to what we ordered. I call the store and ask to be refunded and get told that I will only be refunded 20 dollars for a 60 dollar order.(after almost 2 hours) As I am speaking with Tierra at the store and I tell her my daughter is allergic to everything, and could die if she eats any of the pizza, Tierra laughed, thought it was funny that my daughter could die or get deathly ill. I asked for a manager or the owner to call me and guess what never heard anything. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM TITOS. Horrible customer service...
