Time was 4:48pm Sunday Dec 8 2024. I called to order 2 panzarotis and some wings. It says there is a deal on their menu. The women who answered the phone said they did not have a deal. After 10 seconds of me checking The website and saying that it’s on their website but that’s okay I’ll just order……. Then she hung up on me. I called back immediately and asked if she hung up and she said yes. I was a new customer, I don’t expect the world. I wasn’t going to argue about the deal but she just hung up. Had 2 thin crust pizzas tonight, one Canadian and one with sausage, mushroom and cheese. The crust was thin and cooked pretty good. The ingredients tasted fresh and were of good portion on the pizza. I took away a star for the lack of tomato sauce or the lack of flavour on the tomato sauce. I think just a bit more sauce and some flavour to the sauce would have greatly improved the slices. I really wanted to give the store 3 stars as both pizzas were lacking flavour. But I know this is a new owner, and I hope this review helps him in his new adventure. Tastes like most other pizza joints in town. Sauce lacks any flavour, toppings are sparse. I even tried the garlic butter on the crust that they suggested and it had no flavour unfortunately. I did try the hot honey wings. Sauce was good and wings are baked which I prefer, but the wings are left with an undercook skin leaving it to feel like you’re eating hot raw chicken. Ended up taking the skin off to eat, which of course has all the sauce. Nice, polite service though. Don’t be afraid of flavour owners.
