Quality is inconsistent. It depends on what employees making your food or drink, there’s one employee that does a really good job that I’m aware of and there are a couple of others that don’t.
Your drink is either properly full or you’ve got about an inch of clearance between where it should be and where it is.
The same issue was present with the food. The bagels are the easiest way to point out the problem you got a plain bagel with plain cream cheese, and some of the employees will give you a proper amount, and the others will give you the thinnest layer of cream cheese possible , to the point where it’s not really possible to call that layer of cream cheese.
The thing that this store does consistently well is cleanliness. And for that, they got five stars on atmosphere.
If they could figure out the portion issue, I’d be there on a daily basis.
Because of the inconsistency and the fact that some of the employees put the thinnest layer possible, otherwise just short what you’re paying for, I walk out more often than I buy anything. It’s because I’m checking to see who’s working. It’s one of the employees weren’t doing their job right, I’m better off going across the street to McDonald’s .
Since I see that management does see these reviews, if management wants to fix the issue, management should watch how each employee does things, and actively correct the ones causing the decline in reputation.
I want things to improve so badly for you guys, when you do things well, you’re the best location I’ve ever been to, but when you don’t, I wish I would have gone elsewhere. So close to being perfect, just need to focus on improving the bad apples and drive it home.

The latte was SOUR it was made with almond milk which isn’t a sweet substitute like coconut milk would be. I took a sip and was disgusted and my friend also took one and felt the same, i mentioned it to the worker and she told me to stir it more which i did and the taste was the exact same she told me “yeah most people don’t like it with almond milk but we can’t take something back just because you don’t like it” i said “even if it tastes abnormal like sour?” and she said “yeah.” not great service as any other place would do the BARE MINIMUM and apologize. Not an apology, not an offer to remake the drink or try something else considering i paid $6 for the latte it was irritating. I then tried the sandwhich which was subpar couldve got something with more flavour at sobeys, the bread on the inside was soggy so im assuming some sort of sauce was on one of the three pieces of bread but without looking you wouldn’t be able to tell. The coleslaw was watery and also unsatisfactory. As you can tell by the picture taken at the end of my meal i only took sips of the latte and could only stomach to eat minimal of my sandwich. Read moreI have been coming to this particular Williams for 5 years now as I am addicted to their peanut butter cookies that they quite frequently burn so I will call and order them and ask them to take them out early especially since they hiked the prices on everything ridiculously overnight. I went in the day before Mother's Day after ordering them and they gave me burnt cookies. I than called and talked to somebody who said "oh don't worry we'll make you more just call in" it's ridiculous but they know me by name I come in that often. I called today talked to a very nice girl who than called me back and informed me that the owner would not be honouring their word and pretty much that it's ok to sell people 10 dollars worth of burnt cookies.
Clearly the owner here doesn't care about their customers or the quality of their food ! Considering I have been a very good customer for years now and they are acting so poorly really shows what kind of owner and business that is !!!
That's not normal business practise. If your employees mess something up (by accident or not) for a paying customer you fix that issue and not lie !! Really good to know how this owner "runs"...
