Really appreciated the level of service and consideration from the staff at the location. Had a mix up in my order, it was my fault as I ordered the wrong thing in the app. Manager came by and helped me out to get me the right order as I intended but I had incorrectly entered. Really appreciated the extra level of service and understanding. We all live busy lives and I made a mistake being distracted but the empathy and warm approach of the team made it right with No fuss. Totally made my day and will keep going back to support this local business. I work in customer service and we always take the time to say the negative reviews and rarely take the time to say positive ones. So I make an effort to really share the great experiences I have. I can’t explain all the other reviews as I was a little apprehensive about going to this location but I didn’t see at all what these reviews were saying. Maybe something changed in the staff ? Maybe I got lucky with the staff and manager ? It felt genuine and as if the whole team there was committed to the level of bringing that smile to that consumers face. Read moreI would give this Tim Hortons zero stars if I could. Staff are lazy and rude. I ordered two double toasted bagels with butter. The staff here either cannot count or were just too lazy to put the bagels through the toaster twice. When I returned the bagels because they had not been double toasted, and were so cold that they had been unable to spread the butter they seemed surprised!!! The worker then proceeded to retoast the bagels even though they had already been buttered. He also dropped one of the bagels on the floor and went to put it back in the toaster. However, he realized I was watching so did get a new bagel from the counter. Maybe that earns the one star! Then even though he knew I was watching he again only put it through the toaster once. When he brought the food back to the counter he said in a sarcastic tone ‘here are the redone bagels’. When I again returned the bagels and asked for a refund both the worker at the register and the worker who prepared the food started to laugh. I will NEVER return to this Tim Hortons again. Read moreWent here a couple times and everything was just ok. Not great but its close enough to my house id stop in. Then one day there was a quite elderly man behind me and I asked to pay for him. There was no one else in line so they weren't busy and I wasn't starting a "pay it forward" chain. It was just him. She said "why?" I said "I'm having a good morning and I just want to do something nice" she replied "No. He can pay for himself" then just repeated my total. I was so caught off guard. I couldn't believe how rude she was. I went through 1 more time a few months later, and I was super hungry. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a coffee. The person who handed me my food had clearly unwashed hands and long jagged fingernails that were loaded with dirt under them. It was so gross I almost gagged. I barely wanted to grab the bag from him. I didn't even eat my food, I just went somewhere else and threw it away. We don't eat Tim's food often, but if we do decide to get something fast, we will drive right past this Tim's and go in to town. 10/10 don't...
