Subway — Restaurant in Brockton

I ordered 2 steak and cheese subs and a chicken salad through the subway mobile app. To my great disappointment I arrived 5 minutes before my scheduled pickup time so I waited in my vehicle till the pickup time then checked the app to ensure the order was ready they app said the order was ready for pickup. Upon going into the location I could not find my subs on the pickup shelf so I asked the male employee behind the counter and he said “ We started working on your order but got a little busy so they are not ready” he then continued making the subs for a family that was in the restaurant he then had to stop making there’s because my subs and salad were in the way of the condiments. Ended up waiting 10 minutes after my scheduled pickup time. After getting back home and going to eat the subs we notice the both subs bread were hard and dry and the salad was very soggy. It should also be noted there was a second worker who was just standing around.

Very disappointed in this location...

This is hands down the best Subway I've ever ordered from. From Montreal to Toronto, Guelph, Kitchener, London, this one in Walkerton has a staff that knows exactly what they're doing. They put the right amount of toppings and sauce, the way they space out everything on the sandwich doesn't leave that little bit of bread at the end that you will always get at any subway, and the staff still keep consistent with good subs even when they're extremely busy. The staff are also super nice and professional. I'll definitely continue...

Absolute joke of a place. I can’t eat bread due to health reasons, so I asked if they could put my sub into a bowl and just give me the bread on the side so I could give it to one of my family members to make a sandwich with. Mind you I’m paying for the full sub… they told me no. The most ridiculous part about it is a salad with only a 6” portion of meat is the same price as a foot long or I would just order a salad. They need to figure out their prices and their customer service. Because once again people with health issues...
