A&W Canada — Restaurant in Brooks

On my way to Winnipeg, I stopped and ate here. The air outside smelled like cow manure (Because you know, it's in Brooks and all) but luckily the air inside the building was actually very fresh! I ordered my favourite; A cheese n' egger with some extra cheese, and they got pretty much everything right! The only mistake made was the extra cheese being a little crumpled, and I believe the burger could be a little better if the cheese was flat on it. Even if you don't like their service, which I can't see happening, this A&W happens to have a survey machine on the way out. This is the only A&W I've seen with a machine you can give anonymous feedback through, and they certainly don't lie when they say it only takes 3 seconds. Not too much you can say about a fast food establishment regarding ambiance, decor etc. Having said that, it met my expectations in every way. The young staff was very courteous and knowledgeable as well as efficient. The food was good as expected and the value was good. Establishment was clean and tidy. I think there is something going on in here, I went to take an order and all I could hear were screams of a lady nagging about something, I believe it was the cook, I couldn't hear well, but once the cashier attended me she was crying, and makes me think that the cook was screaming to the cashier and made her cry, and that makes me believe maybe some worker abuse may be goin on.
