Absolute Trash! I am beyond Disappointed with this Branch. Never Have I been so vexed about a Tim Horton's. This restaurant Failed both Quality of Food and Customer service. I ordered 2 crispy chicken sandwich, 1 regular, and the other Extra everything. What we got was 2 of the most driest buns, and old, and cold, hard as rock crispy chicken patties, with little to no mayonnaise and lettuce, on both. It felt as if, they were either sitting for a long time. not only they tasted and looked bad, They also looked exactly the same. It would've been alright if Tim's did not charge for extra ingredients, but we paid an extra 50 cent's for each, lettuce and mayo. I Asked which one is which, and suggested that, they should mark it next time so we know which one is which. This Pompous person in drive through rudely said that "we don't mark our food here Buddy". Buddy? and whats wrong with my suggestion? it's only common sense to let your customers know what food you're getting. Every fast food Restaurant does it! and I don't appreciate the hostility and audacity of this "Customer service Professional". The way he addressed me, and how he corrected my suggestion, made me feel as if my opinion does not matter, A Paying customer! It feels demeaning.    Read moreLast week my colleague and I waited for more than 15 minutes in the drive through, the lady gave us the wrong bagel for one of the orders, we ordered a bagel with cream but she gave us a bagel with butter! We didn't want to wait in a long line again, so we didn't go back to ask for the correct food. Yesterday we went to the drive through window again to tell them that they gave us the wrong food last week, and then the lady was furious and said loudly that people complained every day. We were scared by her out-of-control emotions. It's terrible. Not only is she and her team so slow in service, but they are also out of control.
The service of this store was not like this last year! Before about October last year, the staff of the service team were always very friendly, they found that they gave you a wrong order, they would make a new one for you, and they also said sorry, which made you feel warm!    Read moreI have been to this location atleast twice a week for the past 10 yrs, typically fast and reliable service. But after this most recent experience, nevertheless on a Monday afternoon while on a "coffee run" ... it took me 17 minutes in the drive thru line up - only to be refused by the 'order taker,' a "double cup" for my coffee / I was offered a "sleeve" , the staff stated that Tim Hortons "NEW RULE" - is NO double cup. After the order taker refused my request - 3 times, it took another 6 minutes / just to be able to get to the window! âłđWow! After offering to pay for the extra cup, I was refused yet again by the staff member at the window!! I asked if I could speak with a manager/supervisor "on-duty".... and was told that there was NO management staff on duty đ€âđ I ended up driving off with no coffee, and nevertheless- 10 minutes late getting back to work from my "coffe run".
