Kosher Pizza Bar — Restaurant in Côte Saint-Luc

Just called to make an order based on the menu posted on the very nice looking website. The young man on the other end of the line told me 'we do not do that anymore. I think prices have gone up.' When asked, simply said he did not know what the prices were except that they had generally gone up. I asked him whether the owner knew what the prices for pizza were. He said he did not know. Scratching my head here for real..is this a prank?

I live less than a 5 minute drive from this restaurant. The first time I ordered, delivery took almost 2 hours. Pizza was average, fries were dry and burned black, and the mac & cheese I ordered ended up being a burned penne in some foul tasting white liquid. There was a hair (different colour than mine) right on the top of it.

Second time I ordered, they cancelled my order without calling me, and I lost out on a $10 promo discount that I was told I could no longer use anywhere (even though I never received any food).
