Daisy Cones — Restaurant in Caledon

This place is an absolute gem. Nice convenient location, located on Airport Rd, just shortly south of Highway 9, making it a great stop on your way toward cottage country. Quaint little store for a couple to grab a cone or to quiet your kids on a long drive. With a crazy selection of the most delicious fresh Kawartha Dairy ice cream, Daisy Cones has a cool treat for just about everyone, including some innovative and original treat ideas by the owner. We got 2 (VERY GENEROUS) scoops of Death by Chocolate and Mint Chocolate Chip. SO GOOD. Recently under a management change, Samantha has worked hard to renew and restore the storefront, working on things like a cute new paintjob.

TL;DR - Definitely the most highly recommended. You want to stop here.

Not only does this cheery little stand serve the BEST ice cream, the service is superb!

Fiancée and I stopped in on our way back to our campsite. First excellent thing, Kawartha Dairy Ice Cream. Second excellent thing, trailer was being so wonderfully repainted! Third and most important excellent thing, Samantha who is the owner and who served us, was just wonderful. Friendly, excited to be serving ice cream during the summer!

Daisy Cones is a delightful spot on Airport Rd. The shop is visually captivating with its bright colors and fun decor, making it a cheerful place to visit.

They offer a wide variety of flavors, and the super friendly and helpful staff enhance the overall experience. As an eco-warrior, I was pleased to see their commitment to sustainability; they wash and reuse the empty plastic bowls, which brings peace to my heart.
